产品自行开发能力：凯富勤是研制硅油耦合器风扇等发动机冷却系统部件的专业化公司，开发设计设备齐全，有独立的设计开发团队，完整的技术资料储备。能做到安全、精确、准时交付合格的产品，与知名模具制造公司和NSK、道康宁等的合作伙伴保持长期稳定的合作关系，与江铃、江淮等联合开发新技术产品，共享开发成果，获行多项专利。开发制造的产品，可在60-90天内完成产品设计标定、FMEA、DV、APQP、PPAP、MSA等开发全过程，具备较为完整的检验试验设备和全面的质量管控能力。引进先进的风扇风动测试设备，拥有硅油耦合器性能检测，耐久试验检测等试验设备。
Products developed ability
Product self-development capability: Kaifuqin is a specialized company that develops engine cooling system components such as silicone oil coupling fans. It has complete development and design equipment, an independent design and development team, and a complete technical data reserve. Capable of delivering qualified products safely, accurately, and on time, maintaining long-term stable cooperative relationships with well-known mold manufacturing companies and partners such as NSK and Dow Corning, jointly developing new technology products with Jiangling Motors, Jianghuai, and others, sharing development achievements, and obtaining multiple patents. The products developed and manufactured can complete the entire development process of product design calibration, FMEA, DV, APQP, PPAP, MSA, etc. within 60-90 days, with relatively complete inspection and testing equipment and comprehensive quality control capabilities. We have introduced advanced fan and wind testing equipment, equipped with testing devices such as silicone oil coupling performance testing and durability testing.
